Bra Genie guarantees the fit of every bra you allow us to personally fit you in. If you have concerns regarding the FIT of your bra, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work together to find you a better solution.
Having second thoughts? Simply visit one of our local stores. We gladly accept merchandise in original condition with tags attached, within 7 days, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.
Sale items, adhesive products, hosiery, Squeem, Je Joue, and ALL items with inside tags cut out are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We want you to love your purchase, but if not, no worries! We gladly accept merchandise in original condition with tags attached, within 14 days, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT once return authorization has been obtained from Bra Genie.
Sale items, adhesive products, hosiery, Squeem, and ALL items with inside tags cut out are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and any items sent to us that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.
Items can also be returned or exchanged at your local Bra Genie, so don’t hesitate to visit us.
INCOMPLETE ORDER DUE TO SELL-OUT
We do our best to ensure inventory levels are accurate but there may be times when an item is sold in-store before the website inventory is updated. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, you’ll be notified within 2 days. An alternative item may be suggested or a refund will be issued.
